DURATION AND METHOD OF PLAY
In Club Championships the duration and conditions of play shall be in accordance with BV rules which currently are:
Pairs Championship – Men’s, Ladies and Mixed:
- Knockout from first round.
- 15 ends, and four bowls each player. Final 18 ends. (Format: 2 x 2 x 2 x 2).
- Dead Ends need to be replayed.
Singles Championship – Men’s and Ladies:
- Knockout from first round.
- 25 shots up, and four bowls each player.
- Played alternately.
- Dead Ends need to be replayed.
Minor Championship – Men’s and Ladies:
Minor Championships are restricted to players who have not won the respective Club’s Singles Championship in previous years.
- Knockout from first round.
- 25 shots up, and four bowls each player.
- Played alternately.
- Dead Ends need to be replayed.
